Terms & Conditions — j118 Platform

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and j118 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at j118.cam (the "Website"). These Terms govern your registration, access to, and use of all services provided by j118, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games and any other wagering services made available on the Platform.

By accessing the Website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the j118 Platform.

j118 is an English-language gaming platform designed for Pakistani users. It does not hold a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority in Pakistan. j118 may operate under a license issued by another jurisdiction; players should review the current regulatory context on the Platform. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the j118 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, separately tracked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by the Operator subject to wagering requirements as set out in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Device" means any computer, smartphone, tablet or other electronic device used to access the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and verification procedures required by the Operator to confirm a User's identity, age and payment details.
• "Platform" or "Website" means j118 and all associated services accessible at j118.cam.

To register an Account and use the j118 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Personal Use: You must be registering for personal, recreational use only. Commercial use or use on behalf of another person is prohibited without explicit written consent from j118.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion agreement with j118 or any other gambling platform where cross-exclusion is operationally applicable.
5. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must satisfy yourself that access to and use of the j118 Platform is lawful in your location. j118 does not verify compliance with local law on your behalf.
6. Not a Restricted Jurisdiction User: j118 reserves the right to restrict or refuse access to users in certain jurisdictions. Users are responsible for verifying their own eligibility.

Each User may register only one Account on the j118 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device fingerprints or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. j118 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information.

KYC Documentation: j118 may request the following verification documents at any point:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered mobile wallet, bank statement)
• Source of funds documentation where required under AML procedures

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe requested by j118 may result in account restriction, suspension of withdrawals, or account closure. j118 operates KYC procedures in compliance with its applicable licensing obligations.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your personal responsibility. j118 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where that access arises from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

By using the j118 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes. You accept the following conditions of use:

• You will access the Platform only on Devices you personally own or are authorised to use.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or tools designed to interact with the Platform outside of its intended manual use interface.
• You will not attempt to interfere with the Platform's technical operation, security systems, databases or any third-party service provider integrations.
• You acknowledge that all games, odds and outcomes on j118 are provided for entertainment purposes and no outcome is guaranteed.
• You accept that j118 provides odds and markets as-is, and that the Operator reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify any market at any time without prior notice.
• You agree that decisions made by the j118 trading and risk management team regarding the settlement of bets and resolution of disputes are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure outlined in these Terms.
• You will not share your Account with any other person or allow any third party to place bets using your Account.

All deposits to your j118 Account must be made using payment methods that you personally own and control. Third-party funding of accounts is strictly prohibited. j118 reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is suspected.

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is displayed as the account currency on the Platform, this is a display convention intended to provide Pakistani users with a familiar currency reference. Actual processing currencies and any conversion rates applicable will be disclosed in the cashier at the point of transaction. j118 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

Payment method references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual labels recognisable to Pakistani users. Their presence as reference labels does not confirm current availability as active deposit channels, does not imply a formal partnership with those institutions, and does not constitute an endorsement of j118 by those institutions. Always confirm available payment methods in the cashier at the time of your transaction.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method as displayed in the cashier.
• j118 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.
• Deposits intended to exploit welcome bonuses or promotions through successive deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity may be flagged as bonus abuse and are subject to investigation.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the j118 cashier once all of the following conditions are met:

• KYC verification has been completed to the satisfaction of the j118 compliance team.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds have been fulfilled.
• The minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method has been reached.
• Your account is in good standing with no open disputes, fraud investigations or active restriction flags.

j118 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations vary by payment method, the completeness of your KYC file, and operational review queues. j118 will endeavour to process approved withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe.

j118 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity triggers AML review procedures. This is a routine compliance measure and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing.

j118 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, refer-a-friend rewards and other incentive schemes. All such offers are subject to their own specific promotion terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Claiming a bonus on behalf of another person or through a shared account is prohibited.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new registrants completing their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per household, IP address or device.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds and time limit for each offer are stated in the applicable promotion terms.

• Where bonus abuse is suspected — including but not limited to pattern wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, or coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting — j118 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close the associated accounts.

All bets placed on j118 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules shall take precedence over these general rules.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered accepted only upon confirmation being displayed to the User within the Platform interface. j118 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion.
• Obvious Errors: j118 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from human error, data feed error or system malfunction. Settlement at erroneous odds does not constitute a binding agreement.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) markets are subject to faster odds movement and market suspension than pre-match markets. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided. Connectivity issues on the User's end do not constitute grounds for re-acceptance of declined in-play bets.
• Cancellations: Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond a stated timeframe, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
• Cricket: PSL, ICC tournaments and Pakistan international fixtures are subject to standard cricket betting settlement rules. Match results are settled on official competition results as declared by the relevant governing body. j118 has no official partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team — these are referenced as sports context only.
• Disputes: Bet settlement disputes must be raised with j118 support within 72 hours of the event outcome. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j118 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on events in which you have insider knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome, or participating in any activity intended to manipulate sporting or game outcomes.
• Arbitrage abuse: Exploiting pricing discrepancies between j118 and other platforms in a systematic manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, exploit promotions or interact with the Platform in an unintended manner.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after funds have been legitimately credited and used on the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.
• Platform exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors or technical malfunctions to obtain financial advantage.

j118 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers the following tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum monetary loss permissible within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations and receive reality-check notifications.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or indefinite account suspension. During self-exclusion, all account access and promotional communications are suspended.

These tools are accessible from your Account settings at any time. Responsible gambling tools do not restrict your access to funds already held in your real-money Balance at the time of activation, but they will restrict further deposits or play depending on the limit type applied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j118 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue or data
• Loss or corruption of data arising from system failure, maintenance or data breach
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers
• Decisions made in good faith by j118's trading team in respect of bet settlement
• Consequences arising from your breach of these Terms

Where applicable law does not permit the complete exclusion of liability, j118's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j118 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses. While j118 employs SSL encryption and security best practices, it cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

All content on the j118 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code and the j118 brand identity — is the property of j118 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices
• Create derivative works based on Platform content without written authorisation from j118

j118 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected
• Fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity is associated with the Account
• The Account is being used in a manner that poses a regulatory or reputational risk to j118
• A User has provided false registration or KYC information
• An active self-exclusion request has been received for the Account
• Continued operation of the Account is required to be suspended by applicable law or regulatory instruction

Upon account closure for cause, any Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure results from a breach by you, j118 reserves the right to retain funds as compensation for losses suffered.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting j118 customer support. Any real-money Balance at the time of voluntary closure, minus any pending wagering requirement obligations, will be returned via your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC completion.

j118 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published at j118.cam/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, j118 will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification where practicable.

Your continued use of the j118 Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which j118 operates its applicable gaming license. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated under that licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction where those rights cannot be contractually excluded. Pakistani users should note that no choice-of-law clause in these Terms alters the applicability of Pakistani domestic law to conduct that occurs within Pakistan.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
